Eligibility: For Non-IT graduates only Must have 2 wheelers Skills: Should understand the product features and functioning – training will be provided for the same Should have good communication skills to be able to explain the product to the client, give him training and at the same time understand what client or his operator has understood or not understood. Candidate will have to learn installation procedure of the software, setting bill printing formats and options (using crystal reports in some case), setting barcode label formats, installing drivers etc. Training will be given for all these. Language of communication with the client or his operators will be either Marathi, English or Hindi. Knowledge of Guajarati or Kannada will be an added benefit since we also operate in Mumbai, Gujarat and Karnataka where these language skills will be useful. Job involves travelling and meeting new people (since we operate currently in 29 districts of Maharashtra and 12 states in India). It can be fun if the candidate looks at it in the right perspective. Travel allowances will be given. When in Pune, candidate may be assigned duties in the call center for telephonic and online support or maybe assigned to some client site. Currently company has offices in Pune and Mumbai and candidates may be posted anywhere at company's discretion.
