With an experienced and dynamic leadership team, a partner  eco- system led strategy and sound business processes in place, we are geared to meet and exceed the expectations of  our  clients.      Eligibility:      Any Graduate /Post Graduate ( preference to MCA candidates , engineering not a must ) Position:  Software engineer     Skills Required:       Other conditions:                         Terms & Conditions: 1.     Should be hands-on with core-java , jsp , struts , hibernate and basic sql 2.     Should be able to use SVN / VSS.   1.     The candidates selected will go thru rigorous training at our end in working with actual software development , support and documentation. 2.     The performance of the candidates will be evaluated every month. 3.     Only the candidates that show steady performance and good attitude will be retained after 3 months. Others would be released with an experience certificate. 4.     No payment will be made during the 1st 3 months to any of the candidates. 5.     Post 3 months, selected candidates would be taken on payroll of PinWheel ( on probation for 6 months ) and they would be paid Internship allowance of 8000/- per month. 6.     On confirmation after 6 months, the salary would be revised to 15000/- per month.   Basic Terms and Conditions:- 1.     Each selected candidate will have to sign an individual agreement with PinWheel on stamp paper, that they will not leave the program in middle or 2 years from the time they start the training. 2.     PinWheel has the right to terminate any candidate if the performance is not up to the mark. 3.     Each candidate will have to provide a collateral security by means of cheque valued at INR 50,000/- in favor of PinWheel. 4.     PinWheel will not deposit this cheque unless the candidate absconds from the program. 5.     The cheques for the selected candidates would be returned on completion of 2 years with Pinwheel.
