| Position: | Associate Product Support Engineer. |
| Experience: Roles & responsibilities : Candidates Profile: | 0 to 1 year. 1. Triage KONEKT feedback and Tablet Hardware issues at Customer Site
2. Resolve Level 1 and some Level 2 Support Issues at Customer site and remotely on the phone
3. Collaborate with Account Team to resolve technical issues and home page graphics upload
4. Continuously train oneself and keep self updated on KONEKT application features and troubleshooting tips in Collaboration with Architecture and Engineering teams.
5. Collaborate with Account Managers in Deployment of KONEKT applications at customer site.
6. Develop strong relationships with employees at customer sites, Account managers, Engineering and Deployment teams at Mobikon. .1. Knowledge of all tiers of a cloud based application – UI, Back-end database
2. Basic Troubleshooting skills for Wi-Fi networks, Routers, Tablets like IPAD & Samsung Galaxy Tab.
3. Strong communication skills – verbal and written in English and one South Indian language preferably Kannada or Tamil and good presentation skills.
4. Ability to travel across Southern Indian cities – Bengaluru, Mysore, Chennai , Hyderabad and others at short notice. 50-75% travel may be required for the job.
5. B.Tech/BE from reputed college in Electronics or Computer Science; We will consider strong candidates with other disciplines as well.
6. Ability to think on his/her feet in stressful customer situations. |
