- B.E. in Computer Science (or equivalent).
· Must have excellent English written and oral communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate across various functional disciplines—flexible, personable attitude. - Good knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS2 and JavaScript, blogging platform such WordPress
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in above skills.
- Hands on experience on above mentioned technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of multi-browser performance, layout or compatibility issues.
- Knowledge about backend technologies is plus
- Prior experience in Publisher/Application Support is plus
· Work on the goals defined by the Publisher Support Lead. - Have a working knowledge of how all applications and data are related in order to resolve the issue and understand its impact on other products.
Must be able to work in the night shift or any other three shifts to manage the work and people for 24x7 operational supports for our global network
