| Conditions to join: I. Selected candidates will need to sign eighteen month bond and will need to give at least two months prior notice if they want to leave after the bond period is over. As part of this bond, they should be willing to provide bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000 at the time of joining. We have three vacancies in this category. Candidates that do not possess any prior experience would get a stipend of Rs. 4,000 for the first three months and would get Rs. 6,000 or more per month after this period. This or any higher payment than this would depend on their performance. Candidates with prior experience in the area can be considered for higher payment. Candidates do not have to pay the bank guarantee amount to us upfront. They need to make an FD with their bank, against which their bank will provide us with the guarantee. They should find more details about the bank guarantee and its procedure from their own bank. Moreover, candidates must seek permission and agreement from their parents or who-so-ever is going to arrange the bank guarantee amount on their behalf prior to appearing for the written test. II. Candidates will also have an option of joining us as an Intern. For this, they will need to pay us Rs. 30,000 upfront. They will work with us for six months with no remuneration and at the end of six months, we will issue them a work experience certificate. Most of our projects are in the areas mentioned above, so they will be working on live projects. We may have more than three vacancies in this category.
