- Primary Job profile is to give Post sales installation and troubleshooting support on all enterprise class products to all sales teams across the organization through self and team effort. - To Understand the customer needs from technical perspective and map it with the solutions we have offered to them and get it implemented accordingly. - To understand the scope of work from sales team and customer and adhere to the time lines committed on execution of this S.O.W. - To set up the POC of the solution and product demonstration before hand on case to case basis. - Responsible for maintaining good and healthy relations between the company and Client. - To oversee the smooth installation of the product and solution through Swan and external support teams if there are any. - To attend regular technical and management training for self development. - Providing Pre- Sales support to the Business Development team for the Practice offerings.
