The terms and conditioned to be agreed by candidates before joining the Organization 1. The candidate should be ready to work with the Organization for minimum period of two years 2. At the time of joining the candidate is required to provide a security cheque of INR 75000 towards training expenses. The cheque will be returned to the employee on completion of 2 years of service. In case the employee leaves the Organization before the 2 year period, the amount of 75000 needs to be paid by the employee. 3. The training period will be six months 4. After completion of two years service the candidate will be eligible for retention bonus of INR 50000 5. If the candidate leaves the Organization before completion of two years no experience letter will not be provided by the company 6. Candidate will be prohibited to join any of the Company's competitors for a period of 1 year from the date of leaving the Organization. 7. Work days will be 6 working days per week ( minimum 48 hours per week) 8. Candidate should be prepared to work in shifts 9. Candidate can be rotated between different departments 10. Candidate should be willing to travel overseas for implementations 11. For second shift additional travel allowance of INR 750 per month will be provided on pro rata basis. |
