Candidates without these degrees may apply as long as they have IT domain knowledge • Define sales and marketing strategy • Identify target customer market segments • Identify target customer list and define pitch / value proposition • Initiate cold calls and marketing campaigns (email, mail, walk-in etc) • Generate leads and driver conversions • Provide technical and business ideas to customers that can trigger further business to company • Prepare presentations, documents, proposals to support lead conversion • Build relationship with potential customer and their senior leadership • Identify new opportunities to farm existing customers • Work with senior leadership and delivery team to ensure sales targets are met/exceeded • Mentor trainees, oversee their work and manage small number of sales teams wherever applicable |
